Creatify alternative: their pricing is published, the cost per clip is not

Creatify pricing is easier to look up than most tools in this category, and that is worth saying before anything else: two of the three plans carry a public number. Here they are as read on 13 September 2026. The problem shows up one line further down, in what those credits actually buy.

  • Starter: One generation at a time.
  • Pro: Marked most popular. A slider offers 300, 500, 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 credits; only the 300 step carries a price on the page.
  • Enterprise: Custom credits, dedicated account manager. No number published.

What a Creatify credit buys, and why the pricing page cannot tell you

A plan price and a credit allowance only become a price per video once you know how many credits a video costs. That number is not on the pricing page. Measured on 13 September 2026, the string "credit" appears thirty-two times in the visible text of that page and is never defined, and their English sitemap carries 614 URLs with no credits page, pricing explainer or docs path that defines it anywhere else.

This is not a gotcha. Credit costs in this category genuinely vary by resolution, length and model, so a single published rate would be wrong more often than right, and most vendors solve that by publishing nothing at all. Creatify publishes more than most. It just leaves the last conversion to you, and that conversion is the whole decision.

So rather than guess their rate, the tool below solves for it. You give it the clip you actually ship; it returns the rate at which each plan stops being cheaper than paying per clip. One trial generation tells you which side of that line you are on.

This slider is your measurement, not ours. Generate one video on a Creatify trial, see what the balance drops by, and put that number here. Above the break-even column, paying per clip is cheaper. Below it, the plan is.

Plan prices read from creatify.ai/pricing on 13 September 2026, annual toggle as the page ships it. 3 plans listed there; one of them publishes no price, so there is nothing to solve against it.

Next: the numbers on our side of that table come from the credit packs on the pricing page, and if you would rather see the thing generate before doing any arithmetic, the AI UGC ad generator is the shorter route.

When a Creatify plan is the right answer

A monthly allowance is cheaper than per-clip pricing whenever you reliably use most of it. That is a real pattern: a brand shipping a steady stream of finished spots every month, at a length and quality that does not change much, is exactly who a plan is designed for, and the ceiling never binds because the workload never spikes.

Their avatar library is the other half of that case. Creatify is built around licensed AI actors, and if a face you have already tested is the thing making your ads work, moving is a real cost that no price table captures. Not ideal for: a month where you test thirty hooks and ship two, which burns an allowance on drafts and then bills you again for the versions that matter.

How to measure the Creatify pricing gap yourself in one afternoon

  1. 1. Note the balance. Start a trial and write down the credit balance before you touch anything.
  2. 2. Generate one video at the length and resolution you would actually ship, not the cheapest setting available.
  3. 3. Subtract. The difference is your credits-per-video rate. Put it in the slider above.
  4. 4. Read the break-even column. Your rate below it means the plan is cheaper for you. Above it means you are paying a subscription to be rationed.

Do the same on any tool that prices in credits. The reason this works is that a credit is an internal unit and a clip is not, so converting to per-clip is the only way two vendors become comparable without either one publishing the other's number.

Creatify pricing questions people actually search

How much does Creatify cost per month?

Read off their pricing page on 13 September 2026, with the annual toggle as it ships: Starter is $39 a month for 100 credits, Pro is $99 a month for 300, and Enterprise is quote only. A slider on the Pro card offers 300, 500, 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 credits, but only the 300 step carries a price, so the four larger steps are quote only in practice too. That is more than most competitors in this category publish, and it is genuinely useful. What it does not tell you is what any of those credits buy, which is the next question and the reason this page has a solver on it.

What is a Creatify credit worth?

Their pricing page does not say. The string "credit" appears thirty-two times in the visible text of that page and is never defined, and their 614-URL English sitemap has no credits page, pricing explainer or docs path that defines it elsewhere. So the honest answer is that you find out by spending one: start a trial, generate a single video, and watch what the balance drops by. The solver on this page turns that one measurement into a decision. At 720p and ten seconds a clip costs $3.17 here at the smallest pack rate, which means Pro only comes out cheaper if one video costs it 9.6 credits or less.

Does Creatify have pricing plans I can compare?

Three are listed, and two of them carry numbers. Comparing them to each other is straightforward: Starter works out at $0.39 a credit and Pro at $0.33, which is an ordinary volume discount rather than anything strange. Comparing them to anything outside Creatify is where it gets hard, because every rival prices in a different unit. That is what the break-even column here is for: it converts their plan into the same unit as a per-clip price, so the two become comparable without either side having to publish the other's number.

Is there separate Creatify API pricing?

Not that we could find on 13 September 2026. There is an API page at creatify.ai/api and it carries no rate: the only two dollar figures on it are the same funding line repeated, and the words "credit", "plan" and "per credit" appear zero times. Their English sitemap lists 614 URLs and none is an API pricing path either. If the API draws down the same credit balance as the studio then the plans above already cover it, and the same missing exchange rate applies twice over. For what it is worth, per-clip billing here is the same rate through the API as in the studio, because it is the same reservation function underneath.

Should I look for a Creatify alternative, or is the plan fine?

It depends on one number and you can measure it in an afternoon. If a video costs Creatify fewer credits than the break-even column above, the plan is cheaper and you should stay on it. If it costs more, you are paying a subscription to be rationed. The volume question matters too: 300 credits a month is a ceiling, and a shop testing thirty hook variants hits ceilings that a shop shipping four finished spots never sees. Neither pattern is wrong, they just get priced very differently by a plan and almost identically by a per-clip rate.

Why not just publish what you think a Creatify credit costs?

Because we do not know it, and a number invented to make a comparison table look finished is worse than an empty cell. The round-ups on this query print monthly figures for tools whose vendors publish none, and none of them says where the figure came from. Our own prices are on this page because they are computed by the function that bills a real generation rather than typed into a marketing table, and holding a competitor to a lower standard of evidence than we hold ourselves would make every other number here worth less.
